Sociolinguistics, Language and culture of Francophone countries, Learner corpus research, French as a foreign language: learner language, emigrant language, Linguodidactics, Lithuanian Mothers, Motherhood Concept.
In this project, she focuses on bilingualism (2+ Lithuanian) of children from mixed and the mothers’ feelings towards their children’s bilingualism. More attention will be paid to those mothers whose children’s bilingualism seems non-harmonious to them. Children’s bilingualism causes friction in the family and deterioration of the emotional atmosphere.
